This week we meet Luciane Donadel, the newest member of our Fine Art Shipping team in the Dublin office. Originally from an Italian background, Luciane was born in Franca, Brazil having lived abroad on multiple occasions, before arriving in Ireland in 2018. She studied Law initially and holds an MBA in Business and International Logistics from Fundação Getúlio Vargas, Ribeirao Preto.
In Brazil, her family were involved in the leather shoe industry and she learnt her business skills from an early age. Luciane’s passion for international trading and logistics began when she was an exchange student in Adelaide, South Australia. Logistics, for Luciane, is about carrying the right product, in perfect condition from and to the right places, at the appropriate times and in the best way possible. Luciane has more than 20 years’ experience with international logistics projects in the shoe industry and as a freight forwarder in the aviation industry.
Luciane brings to our team her determination, loyalty and responsibility together with her constant search for improving production and streamlining activities. As a Fine Art Shipping Coordinator, her goal is to provide all clients with an enjoyable and smooth experience moving art around the world. She enjoys the teamwork and the staffs’ commitment to the success of each operation. Passionate about the art world, she loves working on different projects every day. Luciane enjoys Maurice Ward Art Handling’s culture of constantly seeking efficiency and improving logistics solutions.
When Luciane isn’t working she enjoys pilates, walking and cycling. Having a house full of people around a table with a nice home cooked meal is her idea of heaven. Other passions include travelling, listening to music (Tom Jobim Vinicius de Moraes, Leonard Cohen, Mercedes Sosa, Lindsey Stirling etc), dancing, meeting new people, trying different food and going to new places. She is a fantastic addition to our team.
